I mean if you can get 2nd place it's better than 3rd place. Just like how racism functions in society.
Look at you unable to string words into a coherent sentence. No. Just figured that the Target was a target for a reason. Riots are long standing issues that boil over into violence. Gentrification is a long standing issue. Put two and two together.
Imperialism proves racism doesn't exist. Lol. Imperialist don't give a **** about the natives skin color, they care about dominating trade, defense, and resources. You think imperialists only impose imperialism based on the color of natives? Good lord.
They sell things people wanted to take for free. Lots of other stores besides Target were looted. Seems like you did indeed miss last summer.
I spent an hour of my life listening to the Louisiana Purchase Exhibition in the early 1900's, which was basically a world fair. They were trying to justify US imperialism in the Philippines and one of the justifications was uplifting savage people. They literally had an exhibit of 'savages' who would chase people around if you tried to take their photo, because they were trying to sell tickets. So... yeah kinda aware of those other reasons too.
There was nothing to deflect, you just said something stupid about my post and I responded in kind. Well yeah duh. But if you want to talk about other stores that were looted, I suggest you finish arguing the topic you brought up first before moving the goalposts.
Why don't you go along with the actual definition? Those at the Capitol were there as a enormous protest. They never represented Trump, they represented themselves.
I didn't move the goalposts, lol. You just made a crappy rebuttal. That's on you. You should learn what moving the goalposts actually is.
And the rat farms in Hanoi still confused the French. What's your point? Were you inside the capital participating in the violence?
If you say people burned down target, don't be surprised when I explain why people burned down Target. Then you said what about the other businesses and acted like I couldn't explain them either... which was an attempt to a)make a strawman and b)move the goalposts. Try to keep up.
Wow. I didn't say they burned it down. They looted it. And no, you didn't "explain" why they looted it. They looted it - and many other stores - because the media and agitators whipped them up whenever a black perp died. Like I said, you must have been in a coma last summer.
Poster, I am now assigning you to the group who are playing games here. I would have stated that date had I been there that date. The Capitol has previously had extreme security. That's when I was there. I would say this past Jan 6 there was virtually no security operating to secure anything. Cops were helpful to those entering the Capitol.
That's not really the meaningful distinction. It's called colorful language. And I did explain, gentrification. Riots are have long term causes. Gentrification is a long term cause. If you're saying you don't like my explanation then please say that and I will break it down. Instead of saying something stupid like "the media is bad", which is just gaslighting. Okay that's good for me to know because if you're openly admitting to a crime, then you need to be reported. Doesn't matter what you think of me, you committed a very serious crime.
Yeah, last summers riots were because Target built a fricking store. Not the alleged "racist police". You're a hoot. Making claims you cannot possibly back up and ignoring facts directly contradicting you. Spin your incorrect answer all you want, it's still incorrect. My point stands. BLM might go away, but the looting will continue next time any agitators and the media decide to whip up more racial divide over a non-issue.
I'm going to give you a hint, you can have multiple reasons for unrest to break out, and how that violence then itself is actually carried out. Racist police is a serious cause, not going to deny it. So was the failure to get police reform through Minneapolis beforehand. Gentrification is another. Riots are complex. Media is a symptom not a cause of violence. Riots are more calls to attention, media in turn has to communicate that call to attention in ways violence can't. And yeah, probably. There will be more riots.
What the hell? I never committed any crime. I had a pass given to me by the office of Senator Feinstein of CA.
The protestors had guns. And no, she wasn't murdered. She was part of the violence on that day. Simple as that.
