We’re running out of moderate dems. Mayor petes a brilliant combat veteran. His biggest weakness is with black voters. If he can find a good black running mate he may be the best option left.

Seriously? Michelle Obama's staff was bigger than South Bend, and it isn't like that place is really a paradise. He's a novelty, the gay guy, but he can't stand up to the scrutiny of a national campaign without some significant accomplishments.
