The name is familiar, but that's the extent of it.

Curious to know why you think the whole world knows (or cares) who this person is. How fascinating that level of 'centricity' is!

Only financial driven depressions last that long.

Has nothing to do with "centricity". At 1,496 deaths per million, Gov Grandma Killer Cuomo has the worst record in not just the United States, but the entire world. Name another living human being that has presided over the deaths of more Grandparents than
New York Gov Grandma Killer Cuomo.

It's cute that you think everyone knows who he is, but I have to tell you .. it's pretty darned weird.

The world knows who Trump is, but if you think the average non-American knows any more than that, you're in some very opaque bubble there.

Why hasn't Gov Grandma Killer apologized for all the grandparents he needlessly killed with his deadly policy?

Not fake news at all, it’s the objective truth. It was the best economy we have ever had, while spending less than Obama at the same points in his presidency.

trump became President and 38,000,000 people lost their jobs and 100,000 died from his virus. Why do you want four more years of his incompetence?

I don't think there is an Economic Depression, or at least not any new one.
Much of the problems that exist have really been going on for 15 years, since the Recession, which in turn I believe was rooted in issues that went back years before then.

People only seem to notice sudden changes, not changes that have been part of a slow and gradual process, and not when it is the newer generation who are just coming into the world are taking the brunt of the suffering, since the younger generation doesn't really know any differently.

He did a great job saving millions of lives by taking action long before democrats did. The worst hit areas are democrat, this is a democrat failure.

Raising the minimum wage doesn't do much. Also jobs are plentiful and they are good paying jobs. We need less regulation and less socialistic rules.

totally disagree, when half the country is earning less than a living wage, it's hurts all of society

less regulation, you mean like Bush did, then we got a recession... regulations keep corporations from doing bad things, we need regulations

Stupid post of the day. There's a global pandemic going on thanks to China, in case you haven't heard. Was the Spanish Flu President's Wilson's fault?

Bush tried to rein in the abuses, but was stopped by congressional Democrats. Barney Frank famously said he wanted to 'roll the dice a little more'.

you mean lack of regulations? bush did not want the regulations....

    https://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/21/business/worldbusiness/21iht-admin.4.18853088.html

"From his earliest days in office, Bush paired his belief that Americans do best when they own their own homes with his conviction that markets do best when left alone. Bush pushed hard to expand home ownership, especially among minority groups, an initiative that dovetailed with both his ambition to expand Republican appeal and the business interests of some of his biggest donors. But his housing policies and hands-off approach to regulation encouraged lax lending standards."

"Late last year, Bush signed the American Dream Down Payment Act (search) to help families that can afford monthly mortgage payments but not the down payment or closing costs associated with buying a house. The legislation
