The EU'd just give it to Turkey anyway because they're afraid of brown people claiming Holy War displaced from the Middle East.
They're in Turkey until the EU stops paying.

Better still, call their bluff and just walk away - after all, they're the ones who are getting stroppy. 'Our European friends/partners' - yeah, tell me about it! They despise us and always have. We're not a part of Europe, we're an independent off-shore island.

We have no choice but to walk away, the rest of the exit talks are dependent on us paying 100 billion to participate in them.

It's perfectly obvious to all that we have ended our relationship with the EU.
And it's perfectly obvious why. Because there is no money in this for us.

If Britain agrees to pay and France sees this, France'll be like '92 billion?, maybe I won't Frexit?' - and maybe that is what it's all about. Making it not work for Britain to scare others from following.

Fantasy tabloid bollocks. Negotiations haven’t even started, it’s just a bunch of politicians throwing random numbers around and hacks casually adding them all together to create the most dramatic headlines. If you believe any of it you’re a complete idiot.

That's a cotton-pickin' thought - we obviously won't pay it so why not call it a day now, then not only will we not (lots of 'nots'? ) have to pay the divorce settlement but we can save ourselves 2 years of subscriptions too. I feel a letter to Theresa May coming on.

The EU is still a mess IMO with Turkey's ransom and the Greek crises.

We're getting out just in time. The writing was on the wall 6 years ago, and it was then that all member states should have reverted to their original currencies and then wound down the misbegotten farce in an orderly fashion - instead of which the ****'s gonna hit the fan big-time, and in the very near future.

We're connected to Ireland and 21 miles from France...

Let's say the Third Reich happens over the Channel, again...

We're not leaving Europe to fall.

Okay, let's presume Germany made the Euro go belly up as a currency when it broke Article 125 of the Lisbon Treat against EMF's warnings.
Let's say... The EU falls and all hell breaks loose; We can't have that.
Brexit and Global Britain needs the EU.

Getting out 'while we can' doesn't stop the EU from falling.

How do we end the EU?
    But not have it fall.
    ??

The 100 billion is around the gross amount, but with rebates it'll probably be between 50 and 60 billion, though as honest joe says, nobody knows the exact amount just yet.

All this frothing at the mouth from the Mail readers is good for Mayhem, though. She'll make it look as though she's forced the EU to reduce the amount, when it'll be no such thing.

Britain will have to pay what it owes. No more, and no less.

Because should the EU ever fall, that's on GB's doorstep; nah, can't be having that.

Global Britain means Britain negotiates with the world.
