Well Well Well And angry little Marine.....Awesome. I too was in the service. During the late 60's....Did three tours in Vietnam/Cambodia. Always admired those Jar-Heads over there. But some of them had squirrels in their heads. On a few occasions myself and my buddies had to save their backsides behind enemy lines from shure death. Bullying seems to convey a sense of entitlement in those that bully to mistreat / hurt and abuse others. I don't abide that people because of psychological problems / because of unchecked anger issues / because of lack of empathy and human decency for others should be entitled to bully others. I don't believe anyone has an "entitlement" to bully others. Yet the bully does, which shows up the illness in their psyche. Which shows the detriment of the ills they perpetrate on others. Bullying is one part of a sickness in our society. Never encourage. And none of us should be bystanders in the face of bullying, but should rally and support and defend those who are bullied. I have seen toxic bullying in the workplace. Where miserable people who can't manage themselves and their obvious psychological problems bully others. Bully's are unwell miserable people who target others with meanness and intimidation because their own lives are a shambles and they can't cope with themselves - - and so they hit out. Which makes them COWARDS to actually do the hard work to work on themselves. Instead they try to make others as miserable and useless as they are. Bully's are actually very weak people. Scratch the veneer. They collapse.

Bullying is contraproductive. A person can be correct and get bullied, so he/she isn't heard anymore. In the end he/she is still correct, but people won't know. This is not the way to find out, what is correct and what is not.
Check this out... Scott (15 years old) has just finnished hi Pys-Ed class in school. He with other boys in his class are inside the showers. Fellow schoolmate Little Jimmy comes over near Scott in the showers, stares at Scott, and slowly his eye's move downward...... Scott see's this...... Little Jimmy remarks "Nice". "GET AWAY FROM ME TWINKY" -Scott yells back at Little Jimmy......Little Jimmy breaks into tears. Is that regarded as Bullying.?
No. How is that bullying? That's someone feeling out of their comfort zone because the other person made an unprovoked, unecessary personal intrusion, and so they push back to regain their pesonal bubble. Bullying would be if Jimmy made fun of the other kid, or if Scott had called a bunch of friends over and started berating/beating up/bullying in general because he percived Jimmy as different (probably homosexual, or bi).
