    WHAT!!!!

We have a HUGE transportation crisis and he has been on PATERNITY LEAVE!!! If you can't do the job then resign the position the country should not have to wait until you decide to come to work.

"Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has been on paternity leave since mid-August – with his time off coming amid the Biden administration's efforts to quell the supply chain crunch and the ongoing infrastructure debate on Capitol Hill to move forward with President Biden's agenda.

Buttigieg's office told Politico Playbook this week that he has been off since mid-August to spend time with his husband, Chasten, as they welcomed two newborn babies".

This is the most unserious administration Ibhabe ever witnessed.

    You should have kept reading
"For the first four weeks, he was mostly offline except for major agency decisions and matters that could not be delegated," a spokesperson for the Department of Transportation told Politico Playbook this week. "He has been ramping up activities since then."

Paternity leave? Did his wife have a baby? Nope, he’s married to a man. Did his husband deliver a baby? Not possible. Who had the baby?

There is no mother in that relationship, just two fathers. He’s milking his time off for a kid that doesn’t belong to either him or his partner, or maybe neither of them.

Just vote the farce out in 2022 and 2024. If the Trump Administration was to drain the swamp, the Biden farce is to woke signal and woke signal isn't real(and now progressives know its not real) so this time, vote in a government.

Do you think he’ll raise the kid in crime infested South Bend or a nice and safe conservative run city?

Thats not how paternity leave works.
I know few Americans have experienced it but the benefits it has towards child development and strengthening of family relationships are substantial.

I am glad America is slowly joining the other 90 first world nations that already have statutory paid paternity leave.

The article indicates he was still working from home. What is the issue here? What do you have against the adoption of unwanted children or surrogacy?

I am sure Pete will have his kid confused about his gender by the age of 5 and on hormones by 16. Gotta spread the mental illness, it ain't gonna spread itself.

What mental illness would that be?

Do you have any reason to believe what you posted outside of bigotry?

Booti has a responsibility to the nation, he can baby bond when he’s done working like the rest of us did.

As for your question about adoption, that would best be asked to the pro abortion crowd.

He should be done recovering from childbirth by now, right? He has a very important job while the country is in crisis. Get back to work like 99% of other dads did after their children were born.

America didn't become the single greatest civilization in history by following other countries. Paternity leave wasn't needed to raise children that would go on to tame the west, put a man on the moon, save an entire continent from Germany (twice), or produce 99% of the modern world's technological advancements.

But look at whats come of us since we started emulating other countries. SJWwoketardism is a thing, we force girls to compete against men and accept them into their bathrooms, we've become consumed by radical progressive Marxism, and we've been inundated by the 3rd world.

I think that if Bootygag wants to be a stay at home dad then he needs to resign his post because the nation's business requires a certain commitment, especially at a time like this. Plus it would be an improvement for us all since he never had any real qualification for the position anyways. We all know why he got the job in the first place...

I get why Pete did what he did, but I think it's somewhat selfish given that it was his choice to serve the people of America in the Biden Admin. He needs to get back to his service of the American people as it's needed now. And yes, I don't blame him for wanting to spend this irreplaceable time with his newborns but he choose to sacrifice.

He could have adopted at any time, the only people who have to wait and wait and wait are straight couples and they can’t own guns or it’s a no go. And like it or not, and it’s sad actually, booti will never really be a biological parent when he could have. But that’s his choice.

And again, that isn’t how maternity and paternity leave works — your employer doesn’t get to call you back into work. He could refuse and nothing could be done but instead he has been working from home and coming in to handle things that cannot be handled by someone else or remotely.

I know of very few people that are pro-abortion, pro-choice individuals just see that it is a tragic necessity vs the alternative. So I will ask you again, what do you have against the adoption of unwanted children?

Yep, we all know why a mayor with a horrible crime rate was given this job and it wasn’t because he said our highway system is racist, although that did earn him bonus points from the left.

I agree, we once strived for progress and advancement until an entire political party was corrupted by individuals believing any change is bad.
Since that has happened we have fallen by virtually every metric.

    ok

Thanks for your opinion I guess?
