    I am glad they have been released. But the first thing that comes to mind is, what was an American doing "hiking" in Afghanistan. I am sure they have been through quite an ordeal and we probably won't be hearing the real details for awhile.

    There are so many fantastic places to travel, hiking in Afghanistan isn't even remotely on the list. Suspicious? Absolutely....

    The wife has said in one of the videos that she had been "defiled," so one may draw a conclusion from that.
