Lets break down true progressive left ideology and see how it more aligns with fascism more than you realize.

Progressive ideology strips power away from the individual and bestows it upon a central government to confer as it will- leaving all citizens at the mercy of the central government and whoever comes to rule it.

The Citizenry in Germany just didn't give Hitler Germany. The Germans were willingly enslaved by degrees in return for a state that would “take care” of them, until the government was so incredibly large and imposing that they were utterly defenseless against it. Remember that one of Hitlers first acts of power was to disarm it's citizenry and then created its own "Ministry of Truth" through the Ministry of Propaganda and Public Enlightenment. Have to control the message you know...

True conservatism, on the other hand, is fundamentally incapable of giving rise to a fascist scenario because it precludes a powerful centralized government at every turn. Conservatism holds a government accountable to its citizenry instead of the other way around- which is the way our forefathers designed the government to work. Currently, no US president has the authority or the control necessary to usher in another “Mussolini/Hitler scenario” though radical liberal progressives are working hard as we speak to surrender the last vestiges of control we still maintain under the pretenses of “humanitarianism,” “human rights,” and “tolerance.”

And the ole worn out statement of fascism is right wing has become old an tiresome as the only thing right wing about fascism, is that it is slightly right to that of Marxism and vastly left of conservatism. Somewhere in the area where Progressives commingle, ideologically.

I literally posted the definition of the words. Everything you wrote is nice and all — it just isn’t the definition. What I originally posted is.

As a general principle progressives want more rights for the individual often times protected or provided by government through their taxpayer dollars. Conservatives as a general principle want to return to some time where their beliefs were dominate and includes the removal of rights from classes they believe do not deserve said rights.

The only area they swap is in areas deemed to be a public health crisis (like guns, vaccines). You also need a new talking point on Nazi gun control seeing that they actually loosened gun regulations: https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2015/oct/26/ben-carson/fact-checking-ben-carson-nazi-guns/

You posted an interpretation of a definition from Wikipedia. There is a reason colleges don't allow them as a source. Again, if you follow the common tenants of how Fascism happened in Europe and Asia, you might actually see a correlation of which direction The US of A is headed with the progressive movement.

And they loosened gun control on only a select group of it citizens while forcing others to relinquish their weapons. Most notably political opposition and the Jewish citizens. The Wiemar republic instituted a gun registry prior to the Nazi take over. Werner Best wrote the law that allowed for gun confiscation through what the central government deemed "enemies of the state" and they used the registrations with a "turn them in or face execution". This isn't hyperbole, but an empirical fact.

Its not free. They must still repay their debt to the cartels for allowing them to get through their controlled territory.

Maybe Democrats would like the US to open up a hospital in Mexico City?

No, they wouldn't like that, because then all those migrants would have one less reason to come to the US.

That would not serve the intended purpose. Politicians benefit from funneling tax dollars to big pharma. As long as they keep sucking big pharma's dik, they get reelected.
