Imagine you purchased land and plowed it to plant wheat. The crop is growing and suddenly the Feds stop you. And you end up being forced into a trial. This is the draconian Obama team that did this. The EPA is out of control. The decent thing for Trump to do is tell EPA knock this off.

Some of you care about our farmers. Let me hear from you.

That post made zero sense, I live in Portland Oregon and anyone can prepare and sell burritos as long as they have the health code licenses and business licenses etc....

If he plowed the land in areas that were designated as wetlands at the time of purchase, then he is indeed subject to these fines and such. However, this wouldn't be the first time that the EPA or other agencies either failed to inform the owner in changes or retroactively made them. If he consulted a firm that mapped out the legal areas and they failed then the fault lies on them and they need to make reparations to the man. However, if the areas he plowed were as legal as the firm said then this need to be brought to light and the agency slapped down.

BTW, this is not an Obama thing. This has been happening for many years under several presidents. Reader's Digest has had articles on this severalll times when I was growing up.

We all realize that we need government. But to what purpose? We republicans define it as the founders clever and profound document. We accept amendments since they rectified problems. But this darned law a day thing must end.

First, just how bad is it? And who did it to this country?

Congress makes laws and not the president. So we got that out of the way. I am not telling some of you any new thing.

But look over the laws. These are not regulations, these are laws. Laws spawn regulations.
Obama loved credit, so I gave him some.

I do realize how citizens have long suffered at the hands of the EPA and more likely, other government agencies even on their own property. note: (this post by me was done far enough back I forgot that it is the Army Corps of Engineers and a CA agency giving him heck)

Look at the laws made for the most part by one party. This is totally anti freedom. Take a good look when you get a chance at what political party ruled congress in which years.
