I deeply appreciate this offer....... Canadian veterans come back from The Netherlands and other parts of Europe with tears in their eyes...... over the way that they are honored there when they go as tourists. They came back from WWII also talking about the courage and wisdom in warfare of the Australians...... the New Zealanders..... and the Ghurkur soldiers from Nepal....... (especially when they were drinking a lot....... to try to forget some of what they saw and experienced there). The residents of the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy here in Canada will probably be hit first...... but without assistance from the Australians...... it will not be easy to protect London, The Netherlands, Bangladesh, The Maldive Islands, New Orleans, New York, Miami and so many other cities and towns from the threat of rising ocean levels. I think it's a combination of poor schooling and being a big enough country not to really have much interest in or experience of other cultures. I think back to the American kids at school. Some were as educated as I am. High achievers. But often top streamed American students would go straight into the bottom streams in the UK. My school had higher than average UK standards. So bias filters are required. Standards of essay writing in US universities are sub A level in the UK.

I think fuzzy logic. The brain see patterns in things. At a brief glance our mind percieves an object part form occular stimulus, part from memory triggers. As you get more and more out of it, strong drugs or poor health your external stimulus is reduced. Or the capacity to process it at normal speeds. And this leads to a higher degree of interpretational perception. What NASA describes a fuzzy logic in AI processing. So high on DMT people meet aliens. As a child hallucinating in the dark, the tri colours of my optic receptor, (it's pixels id you like) get imagined into scarey shapes in the dark. Mrs Baff is scared of the dark. But she is also scared of the fractal graphics I project on the wall in discoes. And if you take LSD, hallucinations manifest. Addled, you use more prediction in your perception. Read more into things than are there. These hallucinations are red yellow and green in composition. The make up of your optical receptors. The low resolution fuzziness. Just the same as the ones I had a child. Memories can be false. you can see things that were not there. And in court two people can and often do give entirely different descriptions of the same event or criminal they saw. Because the mind interprets things. So, close to death might get you the same sort of disorientation as a big old hit of drugs will. Providing you with spiritual experiences and perhaps a more intimate understanding of the workings of the human mind. For myself my close to death experiences have all been very rational and lucid. A revelation in thinking perhaps. Conscious change in perspective due to experiencing new scenarios that demand a rethink to avoid. I very often have control of my dreams. I realise I am dreaming and then I can do what I like. Semi lucid state. To provoke this I leave external stimulus on when I sleep. Music. A TV. In my dream i recognise my favourite song playing and I twig why. Then I may do what I please. Fly, meet naked women. Plan my next day at work. Chat with my dead father. Anything I want is possible inside my mind.
