Every once in a while, especially in the winter, we get hungry for rolls. Before I go out to milk in the morning I make dough. Just flour, water, yeast and a little vegetable oil. Then my wife takes over and does her magic with heavy cream, brown sugar, pecans, and a touch of spices she won’t tell me what! I’m just finishing a plate full with a side of milk. I may have to have one more....
