That's totally irrelevant to the ISSUE, which is constitutional. No one expects liberals care about that, especially if it doesn't fit their agenda, but it's reality.

 

I don't understand, why are you guys mad at Obama? Isn't this good for religous freedom because Churches no longer have to pay for something they don't believe in. Isn't that something you guys would want? What's the problem here?

It's not about insurance, BC or sex, it's about the CONSTITUTION!

No they will not eat the cost, they simply raise all insurance premiums to cover the cost. Yet that also plays into the hands of the idiots that think Health Insurance = Health Care, idiots abound today more so then any time in history of mankind or so it seems.

Actually there are condom trees lining the banks of the Potomac and the insurance companies just go down there and pick what they need for free.

There are different colors, sizes, flavored and unflavored.

Sorry, but mandating a religious organization to pay for BC coverage is not a "womans right".

 

If that's your goal (which I find hard to believe), there are other ways to accomplish that withiout violating the Constitution.

 

It's about individual rights. The right of free trade, negotiation and contract between provider and end user. The issue could be access to drug treatment or we could change the insurance to auto and it could be about free inspections for life. It doesn't matter. Any mandate is a violation of rights.

 

Catholic Health is a hospital corporation like other hospital corporation... and this is about employee health care benefits..

The issue seems very fuzzy to me unless ALL employees and physicians are also Catholics.
