It has already been determined in the courts that disproportionate police violence during an arrest is unacceptable. Violence against a child is inexcusable.

The victim is black as usual with episodes of police violence.

This is battery by the police against a detainee.

not enough video to go by, from the sound of it she was resisting arrest, things get ugly when people fight the cops and resit arrest, seems extreme the cop punched her, but would like to see more of the video including the cop cams

if the cops do not have cop cams, shame on them, as a jury I would vote in her favor by default, cops should ALWAYS have cop cams

show us the cop cams, I want to see it from the cops point of view

Cops often turn off their cameras to confound your curiosity.

and if they do, I find in favor of the claims against the cop, as I see disabling the camera as a sign of guilt, and will have to side with the citizen claiming to be abused
