Let is remember that the only fraud that has been committed has been by "birthers" with the fake Kenyan birth certificate and the blatant lie that Obama's grandmother stated that Obama was born in Keyna (by taking a short statement completely out of context).

The complaint was issued to the New Hampshire Elections Commission and it was tossed out as frivolous.

You seems to be of an open mind, Really People, so I submit to you that the New Hampshire Election Commission was in itself illegal. According to the NH Law, commission should consist of 5 members, no less than 2 of which must be Democrats, and no less than 2 of which must be Republicans.

The commission had among its members 4 Democrats and 1 (one) Republican.

But don't take my word for it, listen to the interview with NH official, trying to explain the commission's illegal membership.

Did anyone actually have any doubts that the complaint would be rejected?

Now I guess the "birthers" will argue that this is just a digital image on the State of New Hampshire website and not the original. LOL Time for them to demand the original "long-form" rejection of the complaint as a digital image is not typically acceptable in a court of law and, of course, we can't trust any State government to tell the truth on their official websites. The New Hampshire Elections Commission surely must be involved in the nefarious conspiracy to deceive the American People along with the Hawaii Dept of Health.

I listened to that recording- and can I get a refund back for that part of my life?

The only thing that wasn't batguano crazy there was the final word: Pathetic.

Let me list from the top the things that jumped out to me:
a) Putting a news report logo at the beginning
b) Mentioning over and over how the clip is edited- to remove the 'unimportant stuff'- why would the conversation have unimportant stuff?
c) Seriously- is there any evidence this guy was even the Secretary of State?
d) Whoever he was talking to never agreed with the person making the recording- the recorder supplied his own facts and reached his own conclusions.
e) The author deciding that if one of the members of the commission had made a possibly illegal contribution- that automatically made him no longer a member- to heck with due process- and the whole vote void.

And the last few minutes of it were just nasty. Nasty and pathetic.

Hey that is a pretty good way to describe Birthers.

Once again though, and predictable as the tides, just like when Courts reject their bat guano crazyness, Birthers claim this commission is corrupt- because they wouldn't do as Birthers demand.

Hey wait- you didn't provide any proof, but Dutch provided a Youtube video made by an anti-Obama blogger who said something different.

Because heavily editted Youtube video's are like you know the gold standard of proof.

And how about a link to anything proving any of the claims this Birther made?

Pretty fast to demand proof for a guy whose credibility is relying on a Birther's heavily edited Youtube video.

 

It really is pathetic as the "birthers" have less than a zero batting average.

They've lost in every court case.
They've lost in every complaint.
They've lost in every Constitutional argument.
They've lost in every attempt to influence public opinion.

And the "birthers" are the only ones that have resorted to nefarious fraud and forgery. They published an obviously forged birth certificate for Kenya for Obama as well as a complete distortion of what Obama's grandmother said by editing out that she clearly stated Obama was born in Hawaii.

Seriously- please push that on any voter you can- please label it as coming from a Republican- if you want link it to one of the Republican candidates that Birthers don't care whether they are eligible or not.

That video- seen by any rational person-is a convincing example of Birther Konspiracy nuttiness. Heck, just realizing how much of their life was wasted watching that video is likely to convert any Republican to a Democrat.

 

The forgery was used by many birthers as "proof" that Obama was born in Kenya along with the edited statements made by Obama's grandmother that implied that she stated he was born in Kenya when, in fact, she was highly emphatic that he was born in Hawaii. Fraud and forgery go hand in hand as we've seen from the birther movement. Not a single documented lie or fraudlent statement has originated from "Obama's" people. There was never any logical reason for "Obama's People" to create the forgery. They had Obama's COLB which was legal proof of Obama's natural born citizenship so they had no motive to resort to forgery.

Do we trust those with no record of fraud and deception or do we trust those with a long history of fraud and deception?

 

You're evading the question, Shiva - how do you know Obama's Kenyan birth certificate was not created and distributed by Obama's people themselves to keep the public focused on it and not on other issues?
