    Democrats were gloating about the election before election day - it can only be expected that when Republicans won in an upset, they'd want to gloat back. Seems odd for the dame people who floated before the election wouls then be upset that the other side floats back when they won.

    That is because he made a complete fool of himself stating with absolute certainty that Hillary would win up until the night of the election.
