Row v Wade was a result of constitutional rights being viewed expansively. Judicial conservatism at work, under your definition.

You're taking only one part of what I wrote, and applying it as though that's the only thing that I posted.

Roe v. Wade was the result of recognizing that government has, at some point, a compelling state interest in protecting a fetus, but it's not anywhere near conception. It was a balancing act by the court, which is what the court is supposed to do.

Plus, you're misconstruing "conservatism" in light of how it's been perverted today.

CLASSY OPERATION YOU HAD THERE, BOB: Mueller witness George Nader charged with transporting 14-year-old boy for sex, child porn. And with these credentials, obviously super-reliable, carefully-vetted witnesses. . . .

Actually, it is not uncommon for criminals to be used as witnesses, since they tend to have information on other criminals. The notion that Nader being criminally charged represents some sort of failed vetting process by the FBI is silly considering they are the ones who provided the evidence used to issue the criminal charges against him.

Dirty Bob Mueller had nothing to do with these new charges. Are you claiming that Mueller was aware of his vile proclivities and failed to take him into custody?

Bob Mueller was appointed by the higher offices in the FBI to handle the Russian investigation, they appointed someone else to handle the human trafficking charges.

    Err, huh?

You go where the evidence is. If the evidence is a pedo buddy of Bonespurs, that's where you go.

I'm just curious here, but why do you imagine that Bonespurs having pedo friends is somehow magically better than Mueller grabbing the guy at the airport to be a witness? That's seriously weird "reasoning".
