Colin Powell will vote for Biden also says that Trump has ‘drifted away’ from the Constitution. Powell added that that he thinks Trump has not been an effective president and that he lies “all the time.” I do not care if Powell votes for Biden or not. what is important is that Powell sat for an interview with Jake tapper and publicly told the truth about Trump.

Every voice who condemns the behavior of the current POTUS is one step closer to the curing the cancer of POTUS T's tyranny and the restoration of true patriotic American values.

I would think that every patriotic American would want to protect our Constitution from any tyrannical POTUS, do you?

he'd string you. me and ANY liberal / Democrat out to dry in a heartbeat if it'd give him a thicker wallet or a bit more power and influence.

Ok let me try a little harder. I'm not quite sure why the left would care to what degree the Constitution is followed under the Trump administration when under the Obama administration it was regularly violated to the tune of IIRC 20+ times without a single hoot from Dem politicians or media.

Remember when Pres Obama strong armed Chrysler Automotive's priority creditors into taking 28 cents on the dollar for their claim so that labor unions (who donated to his campaign btw) could take near full amounts. That was a violation of the due process clause and the Supreme Court struck it down.

Remember the recess appointments to the consumer protection bureau and labor relations boards that were also struck down by the Supreme Court, unanimously, as Congress had deemed confirmation to be the duty of the Senate and not the President.

Remember one of Pres Obama's last scams was to use Clear Air Act to give the EPA unlimited powers to regulate power-plant emissions? Problem there is that the act itself didn't include any mechanism allowing for enhancement by Presidential discretion and the Supreme Court put a stay on the rule.

Could go on, could bring up Obamacare and DACA and Cap-n-Trade and Net Neutrality and a dozen others, but the point was that when it comes to the Constitution the left isn't exactly a champion of its bindings and so I doubt they give much of a damn about what Powell saying - more so this is likely just about giving any anti-Trump critic a voice.

Woke up? He voted for Hillary. He's always been a RINO, and only got to his high position in the military due to affirmative action. That was my uncle's opinion, and that of other retired senior military friends at his San Diego retirement facility. One of them was a former assistant commandant of the Marine Corps.

Where was his concern for the Constitution when Obama was using the IRS against political opponents, and launching the Russia hoax? Gen. Powell, just shut up.

Powell did go along with the Dick Cheney created lie as did most all of Bush W 's administration of W included and Democratic Congressmen/Senators. That does not excuse Powell but WTH does that have to do with Afimative Action.

Afirmative Action has way out lived it's usefulness and should have been sunsetted way before it cause disincentive. You do understand thatvAA was a form of reparations don't you?
