Conservative Groups Targeted in Lois Lerner’s IRS Scandal Receive Settlement Checks

I knew there was a catch.After reading down further.
I wonder what Jay Sekulow has to say.He personally represented around
40 groups.One reason this was settled now is to help clear Obama's
name.Remember he allowed Lerner to pull her stunts and then retire and
in peace & quiet and with her pension intact.Obama also had the effrontery
to say to Bill O'Reilly there's " not a smidgen of corruption " in his IRS.
Obama made that claim while the IRS was still under Investigation.
O'Reilly wondered out loud about that to his audience.Could explain why
he's no longer At Fox.He got Framed { a standard Obama vehicle for payback }.
So they come clean about how Conservatives WERE unfairly targeted and
awarded some pittance amount.WHILE also awarding some Liberal Groups.
This may be a way for Obama,The Monster President, to squirm out form yet another
tight fix.Like he's done with his Deep State and Spying on Trump and Co.

 

The Obama DOJ was NOT going to charge and prosecute anyone from the getgo, the entire effort was to NOT prosecute.

Elections Supervisor quit the start of the new year.Instead face the ramifications
of a New Governor who might want to have her Investigated.

to 5 years in Jail for Vote Tampering.
Name One Republican sentenced for Vote Fraud.?

openly caught on Tape explaining how to go about registering false

This isn't a private corporation with limited funds and limited time and can be run out of business when someone of the government sues them. This is the most powerful entity in the world with unlimited time and unlimited money, it can just create it.

And another thing.This may also be part of clearing Obama from any
future attempts of his claim that his Presidency was virtually Free of
Any Scandals.This settlement is partial proof that Obama did have
Agency Scandals.The MSM just refused to report and follow-up on it.
Like Never Once Interviewing Obama on what he was doing the night of
the Benghazi attack.

County will be receiving a " cushy pension ". To the tune of $ 11,ooo per month.
Or $ 130,ooo annually.Normal yearly salary was $ 178,800 yearly.

They are massive and can create their own money (well, technically they can't. the Fed can, which is technically an independent component of the US Govt). How does that affect the fact that the groups in question were offered money in a settlement and rather then push the principle of the issue, they took it.?

Not that the Obama DOJ would present anything to. He should have fired her the second she said "On advise of counsel I take the 5th".

common sense says do not give your group a political name if you want to be fast tracked through the process as political groups do not qualify

 

His subordinate refusing to testify due to self incrimination over her official actions? Why would he keep her employed and running that IRS not only because of the criminal aspect but because she was refusing the Congress it's duty and role in oversight of the IRS?

 

Should it be illegal for govt officials to plead the fifth or do you want that RIGHT removed from the constitution all together?

 

WOW! I didn't know there was such a suit. This is equivalent to a guy accused of criminal murder being let off only to be found guilty in a civil trial of contributing to the death of....
