Cops shut down white woman who called 911 on black real estate investor

I'm not sure what there is to defend.

Some wacked out woman proved she is just that. I mean, even in the face of the police, she didn't back down. That's proof of crazy, but I don't that as being proof of racism.

Now I would think if a person is just racist, they would have backed off when the police told them they were wrong. This woman didn't, so IMO, case closed. Crazy.

 

Nah, you would have still claimed she wasn't racist because of what you just said.

"She's not racist, she backed down, so that proves she wasn't racist." She could never be racist in your eyes no matter what she did or said.

 

Yep, it sounds like she has racial bias. And in a country of hundreds of millions, of course such things will occur. This is a "dog bites man" story.

Its too bad more stories like this dont make it into the public view (it happens frequently, but its not as sensational enough to sell advertizing as when it relatively occassionally fails).

Props to everyone involved (except the nosy lady oc, who got told righteously enough).

Yes, but that would be homes that are for sale. I've had neighbors come and question me while showing things for sale.

Oh I agree she's an annoying nosey neighbor, she probably doesn't want anyone else to buy the house. I would've wanted to punch her in the face. Still no racism though.

 

Actually the fact that she didn't back off is more likely to prove she didn't want him here because he was black. According to the captions the police called the owner and verified everything was OK and I am assuming the police would have passed that along but the lady continued on for him to "do his thing and hurry up and get out of there". If the owner said it was OK and the police said it was OK then why would she care how long it took him to do his inspection? I usually give the benefit of the doubt but in this case she clearly didn't want that guy around because he was black.

 

She was wrong, so where's the racism? Does a cop have to make an arrest every time they're called?

 

The first two are completely meaningless and but once the police verified with the owner that should have been the end of the entire thing. Her continued aggression clearly showed she didn't like him cause he was black.

Pay attention to her attitude near the end of the clip. She specifically says she wants him out of their as quickly as possible. If everything was kosher then why would she care how long it took him to do his inspection? If some random person went into my neighbors house and I went through all hte trouble of verifying that he was a plumber or building inspector or something, I wouldn't care if he took 5 minutes or 5 hours. Once that person in clear that is the end of it. The only reason she could possibly want him gone was because he was black.

 

Mark it on your calendars that, on this day, May 20th, 2018, Steve N said that a lady was wrong for her continued actions after law enforcement and a homeowner said the black was right. My heavens.....

 

The only possible reason is racism? How about she’s just a nosy busybody? But if that video is all the proof you need to show that all white people are racists and all black people are victims then have at it.

Perhaps a bit racist, I don't know. But obviously, completely unhinged. Otherwise, why would the cop have to threaten her with jail.

Besides, I think racists are crazy anyway, so, I'm not sure my conclusion is too far off.
