And you don't realize that you are agreeing with me. Every state has abortion laws including liberal states like California, Oregon, Washington, New York...but you being a partisan hack blame it all on he right.
When as I have stated, it is the AMA that drives these laws, not politicians. It just kills you that someone disagrees with you on this, including leftist politicians. Because as you have stated in another thread, you support even partial birth abortion.
So also as I stated, the woman is free to go to another state where the abortion laws are what she wants.

:) You don't even realize you are agreeing with me even if it's obvious that you can't address :

Until she wants to exercise her right to her own body and then Righties roll out Big Government, tells her that government owns her body and so she can't get an abortion…...and THEN they say they aren't misogynists !!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, no matter if a group is liberal or Repug or not...NO one can change the FACT that a fetus is viable at 23 weeks.....Righties might Hate Science but they can't change it....:nana:

It IS the righties who keep trying to pass restrictive abortion laws....RvW gave them some leeway ...but THEY are the ones pushing more restrictions.

Of course I support partial birth abortions to save the life or health of the woman....Righties don't give a damn.

NO woman should have to go to another state to have the same rights everyone else has in the UNITED States.

    ((((((((((Sigh))))))))

You failure to understand how to apply correlation in research does not alter the outcomes

Non Hispanic black women were chosen because across all indicators they have the highest infant mortality.

Which is not what your OP stated is it? In fact you probably didn't notice it until I pointed it out. Quit trying to justify your broken ass OP and admit you were ignorant of what the whole study was about.

What do you think some politician with his finger in the wind is going to drive these regulations when the AMA could be used against them. You are seriously ignorant of the way politics works in the US. This is not Australia.

    1) you didn't realize what the study was about (open mouth, insert foot)
    2) you claimed that conservative states with the most abortion laws have the highest IMR, wrong again!!!! Delaware has the highest rate at 9.0
    3) as I stated, more births means a higher death rate, which is why California (liberal) and Texas (conservative) have the highest number of infant deaths. And please don't try to tell me that Texas & California are anywhere near the same when it comes to politics.
    4) you just plain lack common sense, which is why you are probably a CEI.

Please tell me where the body of the child is outside the vagina and the head left in, then stabbed with a sharp instrument to deflate the brain cavity, is in any way helping the health of the mother. The cervix is already fully dialated. Pull the baby about 2" and it pops out...it simply a way to harvest organs because they are more developed. So quit pretending, there is no good reason for it.

As for having to travel to another state, tough effin ****, you don't like the laws where you live, move. I would never live in California because of their draconian gun laws, and high taxes. Why should I have to live in Texas or Alaska to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights?

Face it, your argument doesn't hold water.

OH GOSH , I didn't KNOOOOWWW you WERE A WORLD RENOWNED DOCTOR WHO WAS IN ON every LATE TERM ABORTION THAT EVER HAPPENED SO YOU ARE ABLETO COMMENT ON EVERY LATE TERM ABORTION.....or you think like most righties that since women are all alike and nothing more than cattle every circumstance is exactly the same...

NO, don't have to "face it"...

The right to one's own body is NOT the same as any other law. It's the most basic right ...

It is a basic right and is a basic part of what America stands for.... if we lose the right to our own bodies we will then lose much more than out little guns

RIGHT. The right to do with one's own body ends when it affects others ( your examples are stupid but I'll explain why you are correct)

IF a fetus had rights like born persons then it also would have the same RESTRICTIONS....it's rights would end where the woman's started.

IT could not use another's body to sustain it's life no more than anyone else can WITHOUT CONSENT.

YOU want to give it more rights and less restrictions than an actual BORN person...

There is no "child" for abortion to affect and men only are affected IF they can be pregnant...NO one owes any man a kid.

A procedure that is now illegal in the USA no?

I will tell you though when that was done and sometimes still is in remote areas

Obstructed labour. When the head is stuck in the pelvis. Today we recognise it early and do c sections but there are still remote areas where the only way is to kill the baby

    }

As I posted earlier, the AMA stated there is no good reason to perform D&X or even abortions in the third trimester, except in the case of fetal anomalies inconsistent with life.

And do you have proof that they are done for any other reason? When I talk of remote areas I am talking about places where access to a hospital is problematic

Hey why don't you go read the thirteen page report like I did. You are not going to change your mind no matter that my source is the American Medical Association and I quoted it from CNN, so that it was a source you would buy into. The problem is that women like you think a man is not a contributing factor, you didn't get pregnant by yourself. It's amazing to me how women believe they can terminate a pregnancy simply because it inconveniences them. And please don't try to tell me that 500k + abortions are medically necessary. But then they also can turn around and sue the father for child support whether he wanted the child or not. You cannot have it both ways...and it is the reason most younger guys are only wanting to get laid...they don't want the responsibility, and women wonder why they are single.

You have not answered the question and have shifted the goal posts

Of the late term terminations, which are only 1% of all terminations how many are NOT for foetal abnormality?

I do not know, I have been unable to find any info that is just about late term abortions, but then again, neither can you. Or provide a source.

Considering how you have been playing with the data I am not surprised. Your AMA report turned out to be from 1997. Your claims of organ harvesting were long ago debunked so tell me agin why you are right and I am wrong!

Actually the report is from 2014, the CDC info is from 2016. You truly do not read well do you? As I said you didn't even realize that your report you quoted was only about non Hispanic blacks until I pointed it out to you. As I said, your OP is bogus.
