Create zones within states in order to achive Utopia - good idea?

    First we have the Federal State - Socialist in structure.

    Then zones
    1. Libertarian
    2. Liberal Democracy

    The two smaller zones will have walls built around them - in this way the right wingers can keep themselves content and create their paradise.

    Workable?

    Could they play a role in such a system?

    The evil side of me is like, "Yes, please, do exactly that."

    Why can't we just have a libertarian liberal democracy? Where did this bizarre idea that these are mutually exclusive terms come from, to the point that we've got people imagining walls between them?

    A world where the government doesn't boss you around, where everyone has civil rights, and where the government determines how not to boss you around democratically -- that's the real Utopia. Just having one or two of those things isn't enough to qualify. Libertarianism without liberalism or democracy would be (and has been) a Dickensian dystopia. Liberalism without libertarianism or democracy becomes authoritarian collectivism. Democracy without libertarianism or liberalism becomes corrupt bureaucracy.

    Separation of ideas is not the right plan. Figuring out how to fulfill all of these good ideas at once, that's the way.

    libertarian ideals don't seem to realize that people tend to be greedy, power hungry, and very selfish in this country withe expectations of conformity and respect for authority.

    At this time I tend to believe that New Age Groups may be the most likely to successfully initiate local currencies and use them to finance film projects in which homeless people could become actors playing the role of homeless people.... .which could easily finance their buying or renting homes????!!!!

    Yup.........… partly in order to be free to observe the Jewish Sabbaths and annual Holy Days I actually worked at forestry for over two decades.................

    I'm confused, where would the right wingers go? I don't see 'merica as one of the options. I couldn't see them being content in a world where they couldn't force gays back into the closet and end integration.
