Critical Race Theory is Destroying the Workplace

Some five years ago industries urged their firms to hire people that reflected greater diversity and equality. Industry writers are shaming firms that haven't made enough "progress" in equality/diversity advances. The largest wire house firms like Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are the most enmeshed in woke dogma and the push for equity.

Equity is another term for equality of outcome or forced equality. In stead of hiring the best, the focus switches to filling back-office job openings by color, chromosomes, and or the academic ideology of intersectionality which is part of the progressive theories making up Critical Race Theory.

Intersectionality perpetuates victimhood as virtuous, with the workplace needing to have more of the victim categories represented and fewer of the privileged oppressors, with a heightened focus on fewer white males.

Intersectionality divided groups into two columns: Those that are oppressors and privileged and those that are oppressed victims.




Why is it that liberals, leftists, democrats, progressives or whatever one calls themselves on the political LEFT have this unrealistic belief or this need to say that Critical Race Theory doesn't exist or doesn't teach racism in any way whatsoever? We've seen CRT spread from the teaching of it in Universities, to teaching it in public schools to children and now spreading it throughout our workforce. We all heard Biden say how he was going to unite the American people. Anyone think the left's push to divide people by race via CRT is helping biden achieve his goal to unite us?

 

Honestly I just think most people who are convinced CRT is being taught to kids are the same people who think that teaching Jim Crow and Voter suppression laws aren’t an issue.

 

Well, Jim Crow and Voter suppression are not applicable to the current American landscape, ergo, they are not an issue. So, while those two issues would have been important to discuss decades ago, they are irrelevant today. Now, if you want to compare Jim Crow of yesteryear to CRT of today, then you might have something there, with the only difference being the color of the victim.

We have videos of teachers who are pissed off because they can’t teach CRT. Jim Crow laws aren’t an issue since they no longer exist. Why do you guys live in the past and want to punish everyone for it?

 

That’s the standard left wing response to people calling CRT racist. Your side tore down statues, banned books and movies, burned down cities and eliminated exit exams. Are you saying all of that didn’t solve all your problems? What will?

 

CRT in a nutshell is the argument that laws have an influence on racism. Laws can be passed that encourage racist behavior. Likewise vice versa is true. So if you were to design a lesson plan with CRT in mind, you would probably want to talk about how we know CRT is right… by talking about historical laws that we know encouraged racism. Like Jim Crow and voter suppression laws. In other words, Jim Crow proves CRT.

 

The standard response has will and forever be “people who think CRT is a problem also probably have a problem with not being allowed to say the n word out loud”. Because people who think CRT is a problem are just flat out wrong in what they think CRT stands for.

 

But people say the N word billions of times each day and the left doesn’t bat an eye.

Is there anything out there, a law, a policy, a joke, or anything at all that’s racist, insulting or offensive to white people that the left will attack as being racist, insulting and offensive to whites people?

 

When people take leave if reality to believe in nutty conspiracies many things are ruined.

Don't argue against crt or under the new title equity on it's merits. It's meritless. It is false. Laugh at it assert that it is falsehood because it is funny dignify it with argument. Treat it like flat earth theory it's equal in validity.

 

Crt is being applied in schools. Voters aren't suppressed in the slightest. You don't even have to be alive to vote.

If you understood Fraser you wouldn’t say that. Because her whole point is that’s what minorities need to have in order to form political ideals.

 

Who the hell is Fraser and why are American minorities different than everyday Americans? Who benefits by saying there’s a difference?

 

Nancy Fraser in a nutshell argues that Habermas is wrong because Habermas says everyone speaks the same political language. So we can have global citizenship. Fraser says he’s wrong because minority groups don’t have access to the same level of power and will in effect get “snuffed out” by the majority. So minority groups need protection from the majority by having their own enclaves from which to develop ideas to bring out to the majority. In effect something like the n word acts as a way minority groups can limit membership of the majority to prevent the majority from snuffing out the minority.

 

Minority groups will never have equal power, look at who’s running the country now.

Should a white group in Japan, China or Africa have equal power if they’re the minority? The minority is just that, the minority. The bigger question is what person moves to a place where they’re the minority and expects to have an equal or larger voice?

Your kids are not yours. Your tax dollars are meant to be spent corrupting your children into the progressive collective. Your tax dollars are being used to scrub your worldview from the face of the earth. Your job is to listen, believe and most importantly to comply.

 

I know exactly what CRT is. Let’s see how honest you are. It’s true, as a rule they don’t TEACH CRT to children in schools.

What they do is they brainwash teachers with CRT and encourage them to use CRT as the FRAMEWORK for all of their teaching lessons, classroom time and discussions with students. That’s how you get dumbass teachers trying to institute social justice into math problems.

My local school district has received 60,000 this year from the Confucius institute which is a communist Chinese organization with the intent of manipulating our education system with socialist/communist propaganda.
