His mother was on welfare, AFDC, he was a minor and not eligible to be on such and he was not killed by a LEO.

 

You can see what can happen in a split second from the following video. The suspect in your video was brandishing a weapon in the restaurant moments earlier. He put his own life at risk by doing this and suffered the consequences.

There are plenty of cops that do bad things which is not to say they are racially motivated. I protest bad cops who get off free of charge too. The officer who shot Andy Lopez for instance. That happened in my county.
