This thread is for an exclusive, moderated debate between the two named parties on the subject of the Night-watchman state. This shall be a standard, moderated debate consisting of three rounds: - Opening statements - The bodies of argument - Closing statements The debate will be restricted to the two participants until after the closing statements and a winner is chosen - until that time, any comments by others will be deleted. After that, other members will be free to make their comments - especially comments discussing the quality of the debate given by each of the involved members. So, with opening comments the debate shall begin.
