If my position was so dubious, you wouldn't have to change it to make an argument. I never claimed that having access to healthcare does more harm. Masking the symptoms of self-inflicted illness appears to be making things worse. Results are easy to look up. Would you like to challenge my position by showing how Americans are much healthier as a result of record use of pharm products?

I never claimed that Obamacare contraceptives had no effect. You changed my position from "I don't believe that Obamacare is a significant factor in the reduction of abortions." to Increased availability and use of contraceptives would have no effect on the abortion rate?

Americans are sicker than ever because the environment is getting worse...and our waters are getting chemicals

Yes, that is a factor. Unfortunately, the main polluters are powerful and neither party wants to bite the hands that elect them. Could you imagine going after the main company making pesticides and herbicides?

You said health care does harm repeatedly. Like Obmacare does more harm than good, prescriptions mask symptoms to keep people sick and the ACA makes Americans sicker than ever. How did I change your position? Is your position that Americans should stop taking their meds?
Excuse me, but you dismissed contraceptives, a proven intervention that reduces the incidence of abortion, as not significant for your sickly fat women theory.

My position is not complicated. I neither discussed nor dismissed the effectiveness of contraceptives. I did not claim that illness was a factor in lower abortion rates. I can't make it any simpler.

Abortion rates were dropping long before Obamacare, therefor Obamacare is not a significant factor.
The average American is getting sicker in spite of more money going towards health care, therefor Obamacare is doing more harm than good.

Okay, maybe I can attribute it to your poor writing ability. You said ''Someone was crediting Obamacare for the reduction of abortions. People are fatter and sicker than ever.'' So you added that, but it had nothing to do with abortion on an abortion thread and repeated it as if it were germane to the abortion debate? Or maybe you thought that angle is to weak to pursue so I will change my story like you tried to do with the claim healthcare is harmful.
I prefer to think it is a writing clarity problem.
And there you go again...''Obamacare is doing more harm than good'' after saying ''I never claimed that having access to healthcare does more harm'' which is it?
Abortion rates are half what they were in the late 70s. Access to birth control can be blamed, but you can't see the logic behind women having increased access to birth control since the ACA and the continued decline in abortions?

If I lacked writing ability, I would be taking cheap shots.

The person I was replying to understood. I did not make the claim: "Access to healthcare" does more harm. Those are your words. Does having access to whisky make one drunk?

You admitted that abortion rates were already on the decline, so at best we will disagree on the degree in which Obamacare is a factor.

Now all you have to do is research is the rate of illness in the US and show how Americans are healthier since Obamacare.

So basically you are blaming the spread of a disease on the attempts to treat it.

No reasonable person could extract that from my post. Since you keep changing my words instead of replying to what I actually said, I am going to wish you a great day.
