Your reply ignores the policies regarding the movement of US monetary assets held abroad. The Dems are simply calling for taxation of any monetary assets that enter the country. That creates double taxation on any profits realized in international commerce. It is amazing that you are actually posing the attractiveness of that process when it is void of common sense.
