The White House we built with slave labor and painted white as a statement of white supremacy called manifest destiny, justifying slaughtering native Americans and the superiority of the white race. Many of the founders were slave holders or voted in support of slavery. So did many subsequent presidents, members of Congress and federal judges. Should the White House be demolished - or at least painted a different color - and all statues, portraits and memorials to the founders such as Washington and Jefferson be removed from all government property and put in museums? Should the portraits of any president, member of congress and federal judge/justice who owned slaves or voted against equality be removed? In the poll, "remove" means removing from any government property, but maybe allowed to be put in non-government property non government run museums. Multiple choice poll.
Paint the White House black. Paint every damned government building in Washington D. C. black. Paint the whole damned country black. Then, possibly, America could finally be construed as "acceptable" by the hyperliberal, rabid Democrat Left. And it would match the mood of the United States today PERFECTLY....
Well, that poll certainly shows some radical fascist thinking. Really? Some really want to remove our history? Come on.
