    I am one of the former Democrats that switched but it happened in time to elect Reagan. The so called black issue so far as I was concerned had been settled. I wanted Reagan and not Carter again.

    So, you don't know the difference between the Battle Flag and the Confederate Flag?

    And yes, VA did fight to keep slavery. That however does not mean that those that fly the Battle Flag today support slavery or anything like slavery. Have you ever really talked to some that likes it today? Everyone likes it for different reasons of course. Personally I only like the flag myself due to the show Dukes of Hazzard. No other reason. In the show it was about nothing more than rebellion against corrupt cops. Is that such a bad thing?

    Sorry Dems get far more corporate money than Republicans and pretty much always have. Hell Dems laid the ground work for most of our current corporations via the Rooseveltian and totalitarian National recovery act, back in the thirties. In the entire history of the country exactly to monopolies have been broken up. Both were under Republican administrations.

    They did they constantly used POW's of all countries as slave labor and treated the Koreans under their power as slaves.

    All symbols morph over time. And battle flag is the wrong term too. It is the regimental/brigade standard if the day. It was decided in 1/4 for a reason. 1/4 designated the state in which the regiment was raised another the number of the brigade to which the regiment was assigned, and the brigade's parent division was the final 1/4.

    Republican legislators have to pandor to a revitalized movement to protect the ideals of limited democracy and national sovereignty. They would and will still support globalist 'democratic' collectivism if/when they can get away with it. They just can't get away with it (as much) right now. Thats what has changed.

    His civil rights bill? That is funny Do you have any facts? Will you try the Nixon southern strategy farce? Did George C. Wallace turn Republican after he said " segregation today . . . segregation tomorrow . . . segregation forever"? In fact he was re-elected as Governor (D) of Alabama in 1983, so where is this reversal? I would surely like to know.

    Why did democratics in the north vote against the 13th amendement. Seems like you have been doing your masters bidding.

    Democrats did note vote for the 14th Ammendement, nor the 15th.
