IMHO... (hell NO) As Dana Loesch touts "being x 2 steps from anarchy" I tend to follow in her libertarian bent. It does beg the question as to why innocent & incidental incidents are being handled in such a sever manner... The guy in your older story was arrested because he refused to vacate the park which was closed due to COVID. He set a bad example for his daughter.
