Protestant. Non-denominational. I also dont go to church, because I've yet to find one (nearby) that prioritizes spiritual integrity over tax exemption and because I have no use for religious 'leadership.' So my association with a 'religious community' is very loose...
not so, the 'ism' makes the broadest distinction between other isms which is the core principle of someones religion. Clearly the core principles of a theist is a far different lifestyle than someone holding core principles of atheism. You are trying to split that hair finer than there is hair to split. I refer to mob as a group with an identifying label, usually recognized by the state. everyone gives a **** about something, even if it only extends no further than thou shalt not kill you.
If you are going to quote my post, you should read and respond to it. You, yourself, have claimed to be both agnostic and religious. Have you forgotten your own posts?
I stand by that too! agnostic'ism', which is the hub of my belief structure and value system that guides me through life. You bet its my religion
what do you expect? some people could care less about their health too, doesnt mean they dont have health ffs
now you are makin **** up, I never said anything different, Id say quote it but we both know it doesnt exist.
Are there no other Catholics here? Or are they just afraid to say so? Or even afraid to click anonymously?
I consider myself a member of the Urantia Book reader community. So I chose Other. There is no official membership for a church. Just a common admiration for the Big Blue Book.
You might agree that "Body of Christ" might have been a choice for the poll. I think that might transcend most of the Christian divisions, so I put Christian Community. If you were in Arizona, I could point out several that are unaffiliated with spiritual integrity.
Would you like to discuss Roman Catholicism in another thread? I have objections to Christianity in general which extends to Protestants and the Eastern Orthodox, but I also have objections specific to Catholicism.
There are quite a few Catholics in this forum - you'll find most of them posting in the Current Events section. I was born and raised a Catholic and while I am no longer observant I might be considered a "cultural Catholic" of sorts: https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2015/09/03/who-are-cultural-catholics/
So sorry Kokomojojo. That is not the definition of mob. Mob as a noun is an unruly group with an intent to be violent. That means you think of religious groups as violent. You also claim to be religious therefore you are violently religious.
