Some effects of pregnancy are PERMANENT.

Says someone who obviously has never been pregnant, won't be pregnant and has never accepted the effects of pregnancy which science has documented for hundreds of years...

...and who doesn't think "suspending" women's rights is a big deal.....although he never did answer me when I asked which rights of his HE wouldn't mind having suspended at someone else's whim..

NO, the perfect analogy is if women are FORCED to use their body to sustain the life of another then ANYONE can be FORCED to use their body to sustain the life of another.

And WTF don't you get that I don't use the word "donate" ….this is NOT about DONATING anything....

    Of course NOT !

If a woman is the only one on earth who can gestate her fetus she doesn't have to...

And you found Nonnie's analogy "thought provoking" which is further from the issue because it conspicuously leaves out the rights of the woman and how she must lead her life. There are more issues involved and choices to be made than just participating in a "perfectly natural process". Does that provoke thought?
Okay, add the fact to the analogy that she caused his coma by accident, negligence or even on purpose can she be compelled to donate her liver?

    What a TOTALLY NUTTY idea!!

Who is it this "society" that has to make a decision like this?

ARe you even SLIGHTLY interested in how these two issues are handled today?

It's not as if we don't have law covering this.
