    How stupid is this? Democrats want to elect a man President for doing the same thing they want to impeach the President of doing. I can just see this in our history books.

    The President of Ukraine asked Obama for weapons to defend his country against Russian backed Ukrainian insurgents wanting to take over the country. Obama gave them food, uniforms, night vision glasses and blankets. NO WEAPONS. The Ukrainian President said later, you can't fight a war with blankets. Trump gave them the weapons.

    Joe Biden has said that by holding up vital military aid to Ukraine, President Trump “used the power and resources of the United States to pressure a sovereign nation, a partner that is still under direct assault from Russia … to subvert the rule of law.”

    That’s rich. The aid in question is lethal military assistance that the Obama-Biden administration refused to give Ukraine.

    In 2014, after Russia annexed Crimea and began arming separatists in eastern Ukraine with tanks, armored vehicles and rocket launchers, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko came to Washington to plead for weapons to defend his country. In an impassioned address to a joint session of Congress — with Biden sitting directly behind him — Poroshenko said his country appreciated the nonlethal assistance he was getting, but declared “one cannot win a war with blankets.”

    The Obama-Biden administration was unmoved. The Wall Street Journal reported at the time that “President Barack Obama stuck to his refusal to provide weapons or other lethal military gear to Ukraine.” Why?

    Team Obama feared that lethal aid would provoke Moscow.

    1) I could care less if Biden is elected
    2) There is evidence that Biden wanted the prosecutor fired specifically because he wasn't investigating corruption. Biden did, after all, brag about doing it. Not saying this completely clears him but there is room to doubt that he was acting out of personal interest
    3) There is a lot less room to doubt that Trump was acting out of personal interest

    I could care less if it's a month old, this is what was said. This is what happened when the President of Ukraine came to Washington to ask for lethal weapons to fight the Russian backed insurgents.

    That's the Democratic story. There is proof he was working on that investigation when he was fired. What difference would it make to America if a Ukrainian prosecutor was investigating a Ukrainian company or not? Biden didn't want that company investigated and ruin his Son's pot of gold.

    Oh yes it does, it deals with what is going on right now. Boy you Democrats will do anything to keep this from coming out.

    Other than pedantry about Rules, the OP is pretty much rubbish. Now, who cares what Obama did. He is history. Fact is that since then, Obama handed Ukraine at least a billion on just one occasion after it got rid of a sit on his hands Prosecutor, Shokin.

    I have found depending on what search engine you use, you can get something else. I have all three on my computer. If I can't find what I know is out there, I keep going to the other two till I find it and I knew both were out there.
