You need a separate incident in order to have a double standard. Both are accused of having classified information where they shouldn't have been. But only one so far was determined to be guilty of this, Hillary Clinton. If you disagree with this then just watch Comey's statement. The FBI found classified information on her private server which was in her home with 8 being TS. If this is not to be a double standard then Trump will be judged by the voters only in 2024 as Hillary was.

I asked what would the next excuse would be if the judge granted the request to release the affidavit, referring to the ever-evolving and self-contradictory excuses that Trump's followers are offering. And, again, the only people Constitutionally illiterate enough to make such a statement as the one you offered would be Trump or his supporters.
