Neh. They won't go public then, either.

Separate but similar and both were handled differently so hence the double standard.

lol I responded to your flame bait...You just can't make this stuff up. It's all you do all day every day.

    You said
"Well, you are going to get your wish, you know, criminals like Trump and the rule of law."

I responded, your projections are rarely correct. In English that's a nice way of saying you don't know crap about me much less have any damn idea what I wish for. That's fool's gold in your head.

If people are stupid enough to still vote for the Dems after this trainwreck they’re producing then they deserve what they get.

Why are you assuming it wasn’t just someone who saw something and called them? Are you that confident nobody around trump would report something criminal? Maybe a secret service agent.

Legally neither can reference the other for any precedence.

BTW, for Clinton, all they had to do was take away her clearance, which could have easily been justified. All they had to do was go down that paper trail for the work required that placed the server on the State Dept net. There are specific procedures to follow, period. That said, I doubt only Democrats bend the rules for that stuff.

I think a secret service agent would report it to his superiors to determine if what he saw was in fact a crime and they could have made the arrest. I think it will be a very serious matter if future Presidents have to be concerned that the FBI is using the Secret Service to spy on them. I think this is another reason we need full disclosure or is this Secret Service agent turned informant still working there?

Is that how you view reporting something you think may be a crime? Spying? The person may not have been sure so they took it to the fbi.

Her server was not on the State Department net. She ended her service as SecState in 2013, the investigation into her emails didn't end until 2016. As SecState she did not have the save power and authority to declassify information as a President, far from it. She stored classified information on an unsecure server in her home. She did it intentionally to avoid having to use the government system and have all her email archived. The DOJ said such "mishandling" of information was not prosecutable.

So why are they going after Trump on that basis?

If the DOJ was using someone as human intelligence to spy on Trump yes I call it spying on Trump.

Is it the DOJ “using someone” if they call the fbi up unsolicited? Which is all I suggested btw.

"An exclusive new report from Newsweek‘s William Arkin sheds new light on the dramatic search and seizure — as much for who is talking as for what they’re saying.

The big reveal is that the FBI had help from inside:
The raid on Mar-a-Lago was based largely on information from an FBI confidential human source, one who was able to identify what classified documents former President Trump was still hiding and even the location of those documents, two senior government officials told Newsweek.

The implications of that bombshell are far-reaching, suggesting a well-placed FBI source within Trumpworld that the public may hear more from in the future. But almost as weighty are the revelations between the lines of the report."

That’s good news, I’m glad not everyone with access to him is willing to ignore crimes. You think they should?

Looks like either Trump or his lawyer mislead the government and both should have known better.

It was Clinton's responsibility to follow the procedures of her State Department and ensure everyone in her department followed the same guidelines. She was the boss.

No, I have done this type of work, Clinton does not have the technical capability to perform the task. People are specifically trained to connect servers to the Domain, the full qualified hostnames .com or
    .gov in this case.

Don't get confused, this stuff is in no way just done by one party.

A boss sets the example and delegates. I was a boss in a highly technical field that required a TS clearance.

How do you expect they infiltrate regular every day criminal organizations like the mob or a drug carteL
Because the evidence is that he didn't declassify those documents, so he's in the same boat hillary was in.

You think the FBI should have a plant in former Presidents homes to see if they have committed a crime?
Do you think they have one working in Biden's home?

Doesn’t take a plant to report potential crimes. Could be a lawyer who doesn’t want to open themself up to charges.
