This article shines a bright light on the sham other posters have been trying to tell Trump supporters about. The whole election lawsuit nonsense is a money grab by Trump. And now we can see why many Republicans are standing behind him as they have their dirty hands on the money as well!

Yep. The Plan is to win those two seats down in Georgia from those Bush-Democrats. Lincoln Project is going to put everything into the State.

Sounds like Trump is willing to sacrifice the presidency and fund GA races.
His refusal to accept the loss can be political - to raise the funds and help the party to win important races for the US senate.

The funds are not going to Trump personally, no need for fake news.

So... the RNC is following the law related to donations, and you're complaining?

Also, this guy... he isn't a journalist. If he earned a journalism degree, it ought to be revoked immediately considering how he started the article not even caring that he is showing personal bias. These journalist of today are nothing more than bloggers pretending to be the press. What a shame for the industry.

I think you need to read the article about the Save America PAC that Trump just created on Monday.

They are calling it an "Election Defense Fund" and saying it will help pay legal fees. Yet if you send them $1,000 not a penny will go towards any legal bills.

I wonder if you hold the same... concern... about “journalists” that openly parrot the president and slander the Democrats? Or even the ones that openly campaign with the president?

That’s always a possibility with any non-profit. Do you know how much the CEO of Suzan Komen Foundation earns?

I don't donate to anything political as a rule.

    I consider it pointless.

I’m not a donations kind of guy. I once had to work with a guy who was a CEO of a pretty well known non-profit. He had a Harvard degree. Liked to treat himself with business class flights, superior hotel rooms, and always complained about marketing not meeting their quotas. He was such an idiot, I became disillusioned with non-profits from fairly early age.

For the record, I don’t think it’s ethical for Trump campaign to ask for donations for elections fraud (whether it’s true or not) and instead sending the funds to his superPAC and the GOP.
