DST and Timezones (and is one timezone better than another)?

I'm in London; Los Angeles put their clocks forward already for DST on the 14th of March in 2021, Tokyo has JST and hasn't had DST since 1951; London is putting its clocks forward at
1 am/tonight to 2 pm; meaning we'd be 8 hours a head of Los Angeles and 8 hours behind Tokyo and also, 5 hours a head of New York City and 5 hours behind Mubai.
I've heard stories of; how this timezone I'm in is great because we wake up as one side is closing and close when another side is opening making for global trade, or something;
The Financial sector seems to value among other things, a good timezone.
