Hubbell went to jail over them, falsifying them, and Foster took his own life because he was going to, hiding them and trying to change them. Yep Hillary and her lawyer buddies seem to have all sorts of billing records problems.

Durham presented the billing where Sussmann billed the campaign for the time and the thumb drives he used to give the phony data to the FBI. If he was not acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign then he committed a crime by billing them for a false representation. What did Durham miss? The forest for the trees. The "billing records" bullshit was thoroughly unconvincing because it's not as though you can't represent a client and provide information to the FBI on your own. Durham either missed that, or made a dishonest claim that the time information means that Sussman was "billing" the Clinton Campaign for that time.
