Elon Musk reveals what led to Twitter suppressing Hunter Biden story in 2020

Elon Musk is turning into quite the American Patriot. Do a search on CNN or MSNBC, they won't even touch this story, even though it's looking like it might expose the reason Elon Musk purchased Twitter in the first place, because it's going to prove Democrats were actively doing everything possible to repress a story that exposed the Biden Crime family for what it is. No wonder the Biden administration wants to watch Twitter closely, but when it some to a company like Apple, that is actively working with the Chinese to prevent protestors from communicating with each other they are silent.

All about the story and evidence about the Biden family selling influence to our worst enemies and getting rich doing it. This should be top priority for the House Judiciary, Ways and Means and Intelligence committees. The Biden scandal is not just the selling of influence buy using the agencies of the United States government to help cover it up if only past the election affecting the outcome of the election.

 

I would surely love to see the NY Post sue the Biden administration for violating their first amendment rights. Let the subpoenas and depositions begin.

There are 3 threads here on PF about this, the other two being on Political opinions & beliefs, and so far the only lefties who want to touch this topic are only making excuses and acting as if this is a normal occurance that happens every election.

What (Exactly) was "suppressed"?

 

What is there, to "spin?" According to the article, the suppression of stuff about Hunter was all the doing of the Twitter staff-- on their own (without being asked). In fact, the article cites one Democratic lawmaker (Khanna), who was objecting to all the censoring because, not only did it seem a violation of free speech, but it was turning "rather innocuous emails" into "a bigger deal than it would have been."

No, not necessarily. It would depend on what was in those tweets, which this article does not tell us. I would bet, though, that most had to do with Covid propaganda, which could be something the government had a legitimate right to suppress. Not that I expect you to understand this, as you seem to be deluded into thinking there is some kind of smoking gun, here.

There is no explanation of the content of any of the tweets that Democrats, or Republicans, asked Twitter to review, so your reaction is out of synch, with reality. I would bet you, though, most of those have to do with Covid misinformation, which the government, during a health emergency, has a valid argument, for suppressing.

Same question, back at you: please copy the Twitter link, which was to a story about Hunter Biden, that the Biden Admin., or anyone in the Democratic caucus, was trying to suppress. The article (quoted above) clearly states that it was members of Twitter, who decided to do this, on their own (not even letting their own CEO know about it). In fact, the story cited one Democrat who was complaining about Twitter's unnecessary, & counter-productive censoring zeal, regarding Hunter.

You really should read beyond the headlines, once in a while.

That was specific to the hunter Biden laptop. There are several instances where government and politicians requested posts be removed, outside of the hunter Biden fiasco.

 

Other things were suppressed. Musk's post above was not related to the hunter Biden fiasco.
