OK, you're giving your unqualified opinion (which is betrayed by the wrong terminology - one doesn't go "from Dementia to Alzheimer's" - Alzeheimer's is one of the dementia subtypes).

Anyone with a brain? I do have one. I said from the beginning, it's possible that he is impaired. I just wouldn't know, because of selective quoting of edited video clips by his opponents, and the various conditions that could be temporary and correctable and might account for what these edited video clips apparently show. As in what I said earlier, and I'll copy and paste here:

You wouldn't know, because you're not a physician. I am. Therefore I'm VASTLY more qualified than you are, to issue an opinion on this. Still, I'm not issuing one because the correct view is to refrain from an opinion unless one has the full set of data, which I don't have, but you don't, either. I don't diagnose by video-clip.

The difference between the two of us is that despite the fact that I'm hugely more equipped than you to look into this, I do not speculate.
