I'm not sure that this is a serious question.

I won't research the official classification tables. I believe that "white" denotes a nearly complete European ancestry, while "black" applies to those with at least 1/8 African ancestry.

Obviously there is a considerable amount of murkiness involved. I am half East European and half Southeast European. The actual color of my skin is darker than some who are called "black".

 

I suspect the term “black” is applied based on appearance. People who appear to have African features, qualify as blacks. African features include more than color of skin.

Trump did not mention what you did when he stated that at Charlottesville, VA both sides had some good people in the ranks. He was dumb in my view to credit ANTIFA as being good. They are thugs. The Charlottesville so called Nazis only were there to preserve public property. AntiFA showed up to commence fighting.
