Festival charges whites more for tickets then blacks

I think we're using 'strawman' in different ways.
We must not worship dry, tehnical 'legality'. In some states it was illegal to sell something on a Sunday. But I'll bet you would not have cared a fig for that silly 'law'.
Here's an even more onerous 'Sunday Law', but one that I would certainly have obeyed, but not because it was 'legal', which it was!

But you say you would still oppose it even if it were legal. Why? Why shouldn't Black people be able to socialize together without the annoying presence of whitey? Or, if he wants to stick his nose in, show him his place by making him pay more? Or maybe crawl on the ground? So long as it's voluntary, what's the problem? (I'm sure there are whites who would do both of those things, proving pleasure for both the anti-white Blacks, and the rest of us whites. But so long as no one is coercing anyone else, I can't see the problem.)

 

If you feel that white people should be legally banned from events because of their race then I suggest you take action. All those changes that you referred to did not happen in a vacuum. White people banned black people from most things in the south but black people empowered themselves and changed laws
