He has no "deals" in Russia. He had no "deals" in Russia when he said it. As a private businessman he had WORKED on a Trump Tower Moscow Project for many years in hopes of striking a deal. He continued working on it after he declared his candidacy because there was no guarantees he was going to win the nomination....let alone the Presidency. When it became clear he was going to win the nomination (June 2016) the talks were shuttered and no "deal" or followup ever took place. It's not illegal for a private businessman to try to look for business opportunities in Russia.. This really isn't difficult. It takes a tremendously low IQ to continue to make something out of nothing.

As for "Russian agent" you are referring to she was the one who scammed them. She made a fake offer with dirt in order to get a meeting in an attempt to pitch an end to the Magnitsky Act to them. When they realize they had been scammed the meeting was ended. Nothing exchanged hands. Apparently, you don't understand what "collusion" means. It means a secret agreement. You know, kind of like Hillary Clinton funneling money to Christopher Steele to make up propaganda on Trump and then have that be used to investigate him. That's collusion. One party scamming another party is not "collusion" between parties. It's exactly the opposite in the Don Jr. case.

    You people need help.

He was actively pursuing a deal while running for president.
And you have no idea what the Russian meeting resulted in. I should say THAT Russian meeting, there were MANY more.

That's because there was no "deals" with Russia.

Just a moment ago you were alleging he already had multiple "deals" with Russia. We can all now see that was just the extra BS you need to sprinkle on top of the pile of BS to make sense out of your world.

That it was. The FISA Amendment Act was extended on Jan. 11, 2018 extending FISA for 6 years or until 2023 but with significant additional collection safeguards, accountability and oversight. Summary: https://www.lawfareblog.com/summary-fisa-amendments-reauthorization-act-2017

    https://www.rpc.senate.gov/legislative-notices/s-139_fisa-amendments-reauthorization-act

During the Obama administration FISA warrants were being handed out like candy. Before the election in 2017, FISA warrants were being handed out to some unlikely characters like Samantha Powers. They were strangely averaging nearly 1 a day. Clearly there were abuses. Most FISA applications are approved. With additional safeguards added and prior abuses still under investigation, activity of Intelligence officials seeking warrants seems to be back to normal.

And trying to change the debate from your alleged "deals" with Russia to now "contacts" with Russia doesn't help your case.

AND Carter Page hasn't been charged with ANY crime and I don't believe there were ANY contacts with Russia during his few weeks with the Trump campaign.

Not hearing any comments from these FISA Court judged on what they are going to do about the Clinton/Steele Dossier being included in the applications makes an honest person that thinks the law should be followed feel like they are in on the fix and our courts are supporting tyranny.

In April 2017 Landmark Legal Foundation filed an amicus curiae brief with the FISA court suggesting they investigate what appears to be material and illegal misuse of the court. The FISA court replied, in essence, that the purported problems were not current -- water under the dam as it were -- and the saw no reason to look into it.

Thanks for sharing that. We as citizens need to turn up the pressure to our representatives and require accountability. They are making the U.S. a Banana Republic.

LOL at "few weeks with the Trump campaign"... You guys have no real sense of time passing, do you??

Mar. 21, 2016 – In an interview with the Washington Post, Trump personally names the then-obscure Carter Page as part of his foreign policy team.

Sept. 25, 2016 – Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway tells CNN’s Jake Tapper that Page is not part of the Trump campaign:

Few weeks = half a year...

There is nothing illegal about "pursuing a deal" in your personal business while "running for President". If Trump didn't win he wanted those opportunities still open to him. When he won the nomination the talks were shuttered in June 2016. Those are the FACTS. You are implying criminality and wrongdoing because you hate Trump and suffer from a massive case of TDS. What is it about this you seemingly cannot grasp?

And, yes, we do know what the meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya in Trump Tower resulted in. A big pile of nothingburger. The Trump campaign team was being scammed into that meeting on false pretenses. Remember, how your ilk were accusing Trump of conspiracy because Don jr. received a call from a "blocked number" a little while before the meeting? Turns out that was nothing, too. Fake left wing news!

Now the big question is why was Natalia Veselnitskaya meeting with Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS right before and right after the meeting. Dossier propaganda or Democrat corruption? We still have not gotten a straight answer on that because Democrats have tried to hide those interactions.....just like when they tried to stop Republicans from subpoenaing the banks associated with Fusion GPS when Republicans were trying to find out who had financed the dossier. Then the truth was revealed. Dirty buggers...all of them.

And, yes, we do know what the meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya in Trump Tower resulted in. A big pile of nothingburger.
    - Based on what? Nobody has said under oath (in the public eye) what the result of the meeting was.

The Trump campaign team was being scammed into that meeting on false pretenses. - LOL.... The Russians threw a lure in the water and Junior snapped at it like sofa pizza....

Remember, how your ilk were accusing Trump of conspiracy because Don jr. received a call from a "blocked number" a little while before the meeting? Turns out that was nothing, too. Fake left wing news! - Surely you can envision another way Junior could have told Pops about the upcoming meeting??

Since the FISA court is Ex Parte, the dossier had to be thoroughly investigated before being submitted.

Comey admitted that becasue the dossier was not verified, it holds no more validity than hearsay in front of Congress or any court of appropriate jurisdiction.

While much of the dossier has been debunked, the real questions should be, what part has been proven true?

But, even all that is stupid as the requirement for the FISA Courts is that any information presented MUST BE VERIFIED.

James Comey, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, and others in the FBI/DoJ signed the FISA Applications which means they affirm everything within that application HAS BEEN VERIFIED. They ALL LIED to the FISA Court Judges when they attached the Clinton / Steele Dossier and then signed that it had been verified. So the question remains, what are the judges going to do about being lied to by the DoJ / FBI????

This is a serious and tyrannical abuse of power by the DoJ / FBI and maybe these judges if they do nothing about it.

Democrats and their sycophants have a new Authoritarian standard employed by Communists. Guilty until proven innocent. They tried it with Kavanaugh and here it that same tyrannical standard here.

Yes - criminal search warrants are almost always obtained ex parte. The police don't notify the suspect or their lawyers until after the fact, and certainly don't invite them into the room when obtaining said warrant. Why would you think that the FBI would - or should - do differently?

Not when it is a white collar crime, a non-violent crime. One the person has already been cooperating in and has already turned over the evidence they requested. They usually call the attorney and ask that their client self present and appear the next morning.
