Russians pulled a good one with the chemical weapons deal, but at the same time they really blew it. So, while they suppose they have stopped something, the USA, HATO, Saudis, Turks & Israelis continue their war on Syria by sending more of their beloved Talmu-"Islamic" terrorists to wear Syria down till the terrorists can wipe out the Christians, Alawites, Shia and peaceful Sunni. Whats the big deal? The U.S. President should never be the worlds most powerful person. WE should have sufficient checks and balances to prevent any one president from being number on that list. Putin can gladly have it totalitarian back rub, the United States will still be #1 as a country.

Technically speaking any autocrat is more powerful than Obama or any US President for that matter. And for our sakes that is a good thing.
Wow! Look at you. Turn a negative into a positive. The really telling sign about this latest poll is it shows how people around the world feel about leaders in positions of power and how they are wielding such power. It's not that Obama doesn't have the power, because he most certainly does. But rather it is how he is seen using the power he has by the world. This does not bode well for the US or the president. We are being isolated by are friends and enemies. We are now being seen as untrustworthy, which will also affect the US currency's standing throughout the world economies. Not good people.

In 2012, Putin outdid everyone on the list of the international political think tank, Eurasia Group, published by the Foreign Policy magazine. According to OP democratically elected (without gerrymandering) Putin is a dictator? maybe i didn't read that right.... Putin could do some international and domestic policies without having to face lunatics, tea drinkers , insulted christians , Latinos whose parents think they are messiahs or "government shut downs" . And from what i see in the polls his approval rating is over 50% . In comparison Obama is a securitocratist and a pathological liar that can not even keep his home straight .

It means like this, Putin beat Obama in this ranking, and has done some bad things, but even having done bad things, the most evil of dictators are better and would do less bad things than Obama, let alone Putin. It is natural for all smart people that Putin has a greater impact than Obama. But unfortunately, many Americans used to the pink glasses - for them it is like a drug. For many Americans would be psychologically difficult to survive the return to reality. Because in recent years the only reason for the Americans to be proud of - a myth of the "exceptional nation."
