    Former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke praised Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) on Thursday amid her ongoing anti-Semitism scandal, calling her the most important person in Congress.

    "Dr Duke & Eric Striker: By Defiance to Z.O.G. Ilhan Omar is NOW the most important Member of the US Congress!" Duke tweeted with a picture of Omar that had a smiley face covered with hearts.

    On his website, a synopsis of Duke's podcast on Omar stated that Duke "heaped praise on Ilhan Omar (D-New Somalia) for being the one person in Congress willing to notice AIPAC and the 'dual' loyalty of many (((members of Congresss)))."

    The three parentheses around the words "members of Congress," is an alt-right anti-Semitic trope used to identify and demonize people who are Jewish.

    Duke's endorsement of Omar comes as the congresswoman is facing more controversy after she made a new round of anti-Semitic remarks over the weekend.

    Democratic presidential candidates came to Omar's defense on Wednesday, statingthat they did not believe that her anti-Semitic remarks were actually anti-Semitic.

    The Daily Wire reported that "on Wednesday, asked by a reporter about comments made by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) that have widely been interpreted as anti-Semitic, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who has assiduously avoided the idea of taking Omar off of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, answered that she did not think Omar’s comments were 'intentionally anti-Semitic.'"

    When pressed on Wednesday by a reporter about her latest anti-Semitic remarks, where she suggested that Jewish members of Congress were trying to force her to have dual loyalties to Israel, Omar ran and refused to answer questions.

    "Are you anti-Semitic?" Fox News' Peter Doocy asked.

    Omar refused to answer as she looked away.

    "Would you support this resolution condemning anti-Semitism?"

    Omar refused to answer.

    "Would you support the resolution condemning all forms of bigotry?"

    Omar refused to answer.

    I'm sure Farrakhan prefers the ladies be seen and not heard ... But that aside, Omar reveals that animosity towards Jews if fostered even amongst those muslims the left portrays as being either tolerant or moderate. Omar's mused that muslim women who resist FGM don't deserve their vaginas as well. Farrakhan might well consider allowing this woman to speak ... provided she's positioned several steps behind him while he's leading sermon.

    You said Trump refused to denouce David Duke and the KKK. He did both and every media outlet on earth reported him denouncing them.

    yes, he refused to do it and then got so much backlash he later had to backtrack

    he refused to denounce the kkk or david duke, then a few days later after prodding denounced them..... doesn't change the fact that he refused too in the begging
