Former Trump Campaign official Carter Page filed charges against the Democrat National Committee.

The Democrat National Committee lawyers met with the FBI on Russian allegations before the FISA surveillance warrant was issued to spy on Carter Page and Trump campaign officials.

So there was collusion to affect the outcome of the election, between Crooked Hillary, Crooked DNC and Obama's FBI to spy on the Trump Campaign.

A top lawyer working with DNC and Clinton campaign contacted FBI’s general counsel late 2016 -provided documents for Russia probe as fed investigators prepared surveillance warrant Trump campaign aide Carter Page. Then the Obama FBI unleashed the power of the Deep State to spy on Page, fellow Trump officials, and the Trump administration.

The Obama's FBI and DOJ DELIBERATELY concealed the Clinton Campaign and the DNC's involvement when they illegally spied on the Trump Campaign by falsely painting Carter Page as a traiter.

While they were doing this, they were certain that Hillary would end up President and that all their lies would never come to light.... Ooops!

idk. Oklahoma has a large Cherokee Nation.

Liberals tend to file in D.C. hoping to and usually getting more sympatico jurors. Maybe Oklahoma is good like that for conservatives and maybe it is a strategy looking forward to a better appeals court.

Just wondering if any jurisdictional conditions are present or if any of the parties live in or operate out of Oklahoma.

Carter Page, in suing the Democratic National Committee, has found the right place to get his reputation back.

This is what needs to be done:

Former Trump campaign official Carter Page announced a defamation lawsuit against the Democrat National Committee (DNC) over the salacious dossier that claims he has ties to Russia.

Page is also suing Perkins Coie and its partners, a law firm that represented Hillary Clinton’s campaign and hired Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm that hired former British spy Christopher Steele who compiled the unverified dossier concerning Trump, his associates, and Russia.

Page told Fox News’ “Hannity” on Monday that his lawsuit goes “beyond any damages or any financial aspects.”

Page was the linchpin that opened the gate to the FISA warrant that enabled the corrupt Obama administration to illegally spy on Trump campaign officials. Abusing Carter Page's civil rights allowed all of the machinery of government surveillance power to crank into gear in the great Democrat bid to prove Russian collusion to steal the election from Hillary Clinton, supposedly between Donald Trump and his Kremlin masters.

And amazingly, the FBI found nothing on the man, nothing, despite 24/7 surveillance on every last thing he did. They also had intelligence reports suggesting that the Russians considered Page 'an idiot,' so there was plenty of reason to think the dossier was concocted out of thin air to advance Democrat political purposes. As Eli Lake wrote in his essay called 'We Should Care About What Happened to Carter Page,' it is a big issue because Fourth Amendment protections were violated and that affects all of us:

It's a scandal that the public has known for more than a year that the FBI suspected Page of being a foreign agent in the first place. He has yet to be charged with a crime, but his reputation is in tatters because an element of the bureau's investigation into Russia's influence over the 2016 election has been publicly reported.

Now that he's been found blameless, he gets to pick up the pieces.

Page never got the job he likely wanted in the Trump administration, his reputation is ruined, his business is gone, and everyone gets to read the intelligence reports saying the Russians considered him an idiot. Yet amazingly, he never did a thing that was wrong. Page helped the FBI out on an earlier Russian espionage case a few years ago and then got the Deep State blanket surveillance as if he were a crook, instead of a pleasant FBI courtesy call asking for information. The DNC, conniving up the fake dossier because they knew of the guy and decided to use him as a linchpin to prise open an attack on Trump, tried to get off scot-free.

Not any longer. Page says it's less about money than principle, and he's right. But the only way to get the Democrats' attention is with money, and it's to be hoped he gets some. The lawsuit looks like an immensely winnable one, given the power and ruin they exerted on him, and his complete innocence of any wrongdoing. Let's hope a jury teaches them a lesson before they can do it again to anyone else.

    This is good news.

FYI: George Papadopoulos is also gearing up for a lawsuit against the DNC, Fusion GPS, DOJ, FBI. It's looking pretty clear he has enough evidence to possibly win the case and clear his name.

He should win this easy. They totally line stepped and disregarded the law.

Think about this. If Hillary Clinton was elected President, we would never know of the enormous abuses by these Leftists. We would never have exposed: Comey, Page, Strzok, McCabe, OhrX2, Steele, and many many others. The Clintons would have kept these engines of tyranny running and went even harder at political opponents with government powers.

Carter's getting paid, and you can scapegoat Barr. Either way your tax dollars are being wasted to settle gov't abuse. Lerner denied legitimate applications for illegitimate reasons. Carter Page was legitimately doing business and illegitimately targeted. Jackpot.

You seem to have found a New Mantra.

Is that going to be the new "go-to" phrase (posted across multiple threads)?

    As far as the OP?

Everybody knew that the lawsuit was going to get laughed out of court.

    It was dismissed ages ago.

Even the RW gave up on this Thread over 6 months ago.

No carter has not and will not get “paid”
If Lerner broke a law then the trump DOJ should have charged her. They didn’t.

It is pretty sad when people don't look at the creation dates of *bumped* threads, and then just make some off-hand comment (that makes no sense and is completely out of context) to a frivolous lawsuit that was laughed out of court ages ago.

    Wow.:roflol: :bored:

Yeah ... Carter's getting paid. Mueller didn't indict the Russians Carter had contact with. Mueller doesn't allege those Russians conspired to do anything. Can't wait until you're praising Trump's DOJ for doing all the things you say they have done. ::):

Hmmm ... Clinton NEVER misses an opportunity to cash in. Kind of odd she hasn't even tried. The DNC filed a lawsuit against Trump, but it got tossed. Hillary probably waiting until US Attorney Huber and IG Horowitz exonerate her. Like Mueller did in Trump & Page's case. lol
