He didn't deserve to be stalked and killed, and if he were white and this happened today, Trump would be trying to deport Zimmerman's sorry ass to Mexico.

There was no stalking and they had broken contact. It was a lawful use of force as the court decided and no civil rights violation as the DOJ Civil Rights Division determined. He has a right not to be defamed and if is done by fraud even more reason to sue.

Well, he also named a guy who wrote a book about him. And Martins mom is running for a politician.
Get them all to pay, even a little bit each, would probably add up to some decent money.

Why, do they can show up in 20 minutes and draw a chalk line around your body? You'd have a hard time making a call while a thug is beating your head on the sidewalk.

I think you misunderstand. If I was Martin and I was worried about Zimmerman following me I'd have called the cops instead of attacking Zimmerman.

 

He was not stalking Martin. Zimmerman was watching Martin from his parked car. Martin walked toward the car danced around in making funny faces and reaching into his pants as if he had a weapon. Then he turned an ran off. At that point Zimmerman tells the dispatcher "he's running". As he had been asked by the dispatcher to keep an eye on him let them know which way he went Zimmerman got out of his car to see where Martin ran to. There was no stalking and stalking has a specific legal definition anyway and this don't come close.

If you are walking down my street and I am sitting on my porch and not knowing who you are have never seen you in my neighborhood I watch you walk by and even after you have passed walk out to the street to see which way you turn do you have some right to come back and cold **** me to the ground then jump on top of me and start banging my head on a sidewalk to the point I am in fear of serious bodily harm? I have no right to defend myself from such an attack?

I would have simply gone into the apartment and watched the basketball game and ate my Skittles and if I was really scared, which we have evidence to show otherwise with Martin, called my Mom or Dad. But we know from the girl friend with whom he was on the phone he was not scared, he didn't like the "white cracker" watching him. He got defiant and to big for his britches and it cost him his life.
