You're going to have a hard time getting liberals to fess up to their double standards, different rules for different people and hypocrisy. The more some folks on the left complain about segregation, the more they seem to willingly participate in it.
It seems any challenge to the segregationist predilections of the AA community these days seems to always get whoever pointing it our castigated as "racists". This isn't different. Pointing out that if a mayoral meeting anywhere else in GA that had posted "white press only" would have immediately felt the wrath of the DOJ and federal marshals. It has been my theory that someone very powerful stepped in over Emanual and got the deal done. Emanuals first reaction was to join in with the police chief and question what the hell is going on. Two days later, Emanual is giving a press conference implying he might have been too hard on poor Jussie and this whole thing is actually Trump's fault. The only two people I could imagine that have that much political clout are the obama's and that may explain the sudden 180° turn by Emanual.
