Tonight on Fox News, Geraldo Rivera said people were asking how can Zimmerman be acquitted by reason of self-defense, when he started the fight. Geraldo himself also said that Zimmerman started the fight.

Where do any of these people get the idea that Zimmerman started the fight ? That is my question here. As far as I've heard, no one (except Zimmerman) knows who started the fight, and the only evidence shown, has been from after the fight began.

Geraldo is a idiot and always has been...the fact that he is employed by Fox News says much about that outfit.

Zimmerman followed Martin. That's what lead to the fight.

Geraldo was commenting on the trial so far. It hasn't been established who the aggressor was yet so he is only repeating what the media falsely claims. It is an undisputed fact that Trayvon ran between the townhomes and also the attack was at the "T". Unless the State can explain how Trayvon was physically present at the place he ran away from then Trayvon will be established as the aggressor.

Always love it when the Liberal MSNBC lovers attack Fox, when MSNBC has been caught so many times lying, doctoring videos and audios. Geraldo may have a reason to believe what he said, no?

Jeantel testified Wednesday that her friend's last words were "Get off! Get off!" before Martin's phone went silent. But on Thursday, under cross-examination, she conceded that she hadn't mentioned that in her account of what happened to Martin's mother, Sybrina Fulton. She had left out some details to spare Fulton's feelings, and also because neither Fulton nor the Martin family attorney asked her directly about them, Jeantel said.

Following a suspect isn't starting a fight. If it was, thousands of security guards all over America would be accused of starting a fight, every hour of every day. Following suspects is just ordinary security procedure.

Wouldn't make any difference. All we would know from Geraldo is Zimmerman fancied his wifes sister and Martin was definitely Michael Jacksons love child ;)

Fat boy was not a security guard and acting the way he did would get him fired if he were.

A security guard is supposed to identify himself as a security guard, not act like a boy bumper.

Zimmerman wasn't a security guard, he was NW. NW's are instructed to NOT follow a suspect. He was told, don't follow the suspect. By following Martin, it caused Martin to be in fear for his life. Martin didn't know why this guy was following him. Zimmerman didn't appear to be a security guard, which made him look more like a stalker.

Following with obvious hostile intent does.

I responded to a person who tried to compare Z's position to that of a security guard, which still leaves Z looking like crap.

Interesting. The dispatcher who spoke to Zimmerman testified he wasnt hostile but yet you seem to think you know more then him.

By Zimmerman following Martin, it cause Martin to fear for his life. Martin had no clue why Zimmerman was following him. Had Zimmerman simply not followed Martin, this whole mess would have been avoided.

That is pretty subjective. He was clearly upset that nobody he reported ever got arrested, even after police had contacted some of the slimebag's "suspects" and found that nothing had occurred worth their time.

Then there is the part about mouthing off at Martin like a thug.

You have no evidence that Martin was "afraid for his life"

The difference is that Sean Noffke was actually on the phone and he got to tell his opinion to the jury. On the other hand I doubt your post will be submitted into evidence.

So the dispatcher's testimony is subjective but your biased opinion isnt? Speaking of thugs who said the N word mulitple times and "Cracker"? Oh right. The Angel Martin!

Hairytic you are talking nonsense. There is no prohibition on following suspects from a distance.

Close enough to have an angry discussion is too close for fat boy to claim he was not pursuing Martin.

Everyone knows MSNBC is just as bad as Fox. The difference is that most liberals even on this board acknowledge that and the ratings for it are way down. Cons however refuse to admit the Fox lies but call it the only "real news" channel. Every time Fox gets caught the only defense of cons seems to be "but, but MSNBC does it too."

There is common sense that a teenager would be afraid for his life if some creepy guy is following him, then there is the testimony of DeeDee, Like her or not, she was the last person to talk to him besides Zimmerman. Her testimony is just as valid as Zimmerman's when he said he was afraid for his life. In fact, her testimony is more valid because Zimmerman's injuries were nil and Martin is dead. Zimmerman lied and that is very provable. Also, Zimmerman has a pattern of viewing black teenage boys in his neighborhood as being suspicious and up to no good.
