The man did it myth gang takes full credit for humans controlling climate when it gets hot or even cold. Amazing the control they say man has over climate. We must be the miracle workers to take charge of climate and make changes.

We don't control the climate. We influence it. To me "control" implies that it's intentional and desired.

When you blame man, it means you blame him for his control.

Yeah, I mean, I know what you're saying. But, there's a difference between influence and control. For example, if I'm locked in an airtight chamber my biological activity will influence the composition of the air in the chamber. But, I have no control over that.

Clearly the control mechanism is you getting out or deciding to remain. Choice is all yours.

no only the actions within his control when knowing the effects of those actions are accelerating atmospheric change.

    Robert.
This is all just the expected "sling shot" effect of impending Man Made Global Warming.
First we get colder and wetter before being thrust in a warm up unseen since the late Middle Ages.
    And
The volcanic activity in Antarctica causing the big melt at the South Pole will probably shut down the Oceans Thermal Conveyor system So we're all gonna die horribly.

BTW I have made my decision. Leave the biggest carbon foot print I can to help ward off an Ice Age. We live in a brief interglacial time. The ice is coming. And that will be a more major disaster to food production and distribution.

    Shall we compare Carbon Footprints?
I drive a 4WD Ford Expedition and have a natural gas generator for power outages.

Lol...I don't think it's going to be THAT bad.

I drive a Ford Explorer. But, it's the dual turbocharged 3.5L EcoBoost so it's probably the same engine as yours if that's a newer model you have. But, since my vehicle is lighter it's likely you have me beat in the carbon footprint department. But, it's not for want of trying on my part. I mean, I would have gotten a bigger engine if that were an option.

I got the biggest V8 Ford put in the Expedition back in the mid nineties.
4WD and ABS great on wet roads along with weight.
Consider a Prius. You are inside a well padded hockey puck.

And if we aren't going to all die horribly,
What is all the fuss about?

    Question to you.

I have been trying to ask NASA, NAS and other academics of all countries of the world.

I have been getting that look only.

The question is: If you push your biggest V8 Ford to the floor and all the Earth atmosphere changes to 100% CO2 while all other parameters stay the same what will happen to the global temperature NASA, NAS and other academics of all countries of the world have been talking about?

    A. It will go up
    B. It will go down
    C. It will stay the same

I have a team of rats that spin a wheel that produces all the electric power I use. For my car, I cut out the floor board and walk the car forward.

I have the Northstar V8 and have driven my car to 142 mph. MPG has ranged on the highway from 24 to 30 mpg.

It will take a hit from a truck and still be drivable.

    Definitely a strawman

I believe I have studied science and climate far longer and more in depth than you have.

There is no need for you to use strawmen.

Making claims so obviously not in evidence diminishes your credibility.

You may very well have studied climate science, but you clearly do not understand it.

First we and all complex life would die, then the planet would cook until oceans began evaporation. The water vapor would then further increase temperatures and eventually our atmosphere would become so thick the pressure would crush everything but rocks.

How come that didnt happen last time, when ocean temps and CO2 were much higher than they are now?

Because that was not 100% CO2.

Well if there was no oxygen in the atmosphere it wouldnt matter what the ocean levels are, what the ambient tempurature is, or anything else. Mammals and just about every other living thing on the planet requires it.
