So in California this rapper may go to prison because he raps about gang violence and the prosecutor thinks he is making money off of the songs because he glorifies it. No criminal record at all, no proof that he committed any violence or even had prior knowledge but he can go to prison anyway. Now I cannot stand rap and I think glorifying violence is wrong BUT dang it a man should be able to sing about what he wants. Free speech is about protecting the speech we do not like not the speech we do like.
